In Mapan, being in the Talent Acquisition Team is like being 'Nick Fury', we find, assemble, and assure others to be part of our team to help save the world (or in our case, to help build Indonesia). Just like Nick Fury, you will meet people who will need a little more assurance and you will always have to search new ways to reach the people you target, however the toughest challenge is finding the ‘right’ person for Mapan. Why? Because Mapan believes in mission alignments, we need people who don’t only want to make a difference, but people who will work to make that difference.

What You'll Do

  • Find the most suitable ‘avenger’ for all teams in Mapan

  • Meet new people and institutions to share Mapan's Vision, Mission, and Objectives

  • Do both online and offline, research-identified, and various alternatives to reach out to potential candidates using creative and out-of-the box methods

  • Able to maintain relationships with ‘avengers’ to-be and ‘avengers’ on-hold

  • Act as a 'guardian' between Mapan and educational institutions, student organizations, or other entities

Requirements

  • A bachelor or diploma degree in any major from a reputable university

  • 2+ years of experience is preferred

  • Easy-going, highly sociable, persistent and driven

  • Passionate in helping people and communities

  • Eager to learn, able to analyze situations and is adaptable to change
