Product Manager

In this role, you will help to remove friction in the customer’s daily life. Which includes (but not limited to) buying and selling experiences, online and offline experiences, knowledge sharing and community practices. You will have the power to build a strong Product habit that Customers would love! And this will be done through several ways such as discovering the right problems, validating through prioritization, conceptualization, experimentation & proving the value before handing off to the development backlog. 


Also, it is one of the few senior product talents in the company, so expect to build trust among teams, be an inspiring buddy for all levels of teams and enhance the current practices for the benefit of the company.

What You'll Do

  • You will be responsible to own the problem space - identify, prioritize, validate hypothesis and prove the value

  • Own the problems in more than one of these funnel areas - Acquisition, Adoption, Engagement, Retention and Monetization

  • Take ownership of setting, driving and measuring OKRs for your funnel areas, followed by defining product strategy and roadmaps

  • You will organize product reviews for your funnel areas across all the business services, release the Product updates regularly to the company and investors

  • Coach the associate Product managers and manage work impact of 1 or 2 squads, if needed

Requirements

  • Passionate about solving problems for Low income segment 

  • Skills in Product discovery with balance of experimentation and customer behaviors

  • Be independent and work with less guidance from the supervisor

  • Experience in handling customer behaviors data (not only transactional) 

  • Know how to prioritize Customer Outcomes over the transactional nature of metrics & initiatives

  • Excellent communication skills (as a storyteller) to all levels of teams, including various stakeholders & investors with ease and efficiency

  • Able to challenge decisions taken by stakeholders or teams & provide suggestive steps leveraging insights & recommendations

  • Having experience in social psychology, network science, knowledge of low income segment population behaviors and their needs would be a plus point
