Insights Supervisor

As the leader of Insights team, you will lead a team of researchers that provide key insights and strategic recommendations to the business and products. You will work  on collaborative teams to solve complex challenges and craft experiences that highlight our products’ unique capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage consumer and market research projects end-to-end (eg. Concept Testing, U&A study, Segmentation Study, etc), and provide inputs for business strategy and product development and execution

  • Lead the scoping of research and be accountable for research results and roadmaps for your Business and Product counterparts

  • Gain knowledge of company, industry and strategic opportunity and constraints, and become a go-to research expert for their stakeholders

  • Manage, provide guidance and feedback, and mentor junior researchers on a 1:1 basis
    Work closely with Product and Design peers to ensure Product and Market insights are fused throughout the business and product development process

Requirements

  • Have 4-6 years of experience being a researcher who is exceptionally proficient in research methodologies and processes

  • Be hybrid: knowledgeable about survey/quant research, qualitative research, and data analysis to derive insights

  • Have a proven track record of designing, executing, and participating research either hands-on or with external partners

  • Prove yourself as an effective mentor to your juniors, credible sparring partners, and stakeholder

  • Prove yourself to be able to manage project management effectively and successfully through diligent prioritization

  • Demonstrate a deep knowledge of business strategy, brand marketing, data, product, operations, and partners effectively with those teams
