Head of Digital Marketing

As our Head of Digital Marketing you will be contributing to Mapan's growth of business by managing the innovation in online channel. You will also lead the effective, sustainable & scalable acquisition plan of Mitra Usaha Mapan through digital channel (Facebook group, YT Channel, IG & WA).

What You'll Do

  • Orchestrating Online channel strategy & communication within the business

  • Leading, maintain & manage the innovation in online channel to grow the business metrics

  • Leading the effective, sustainable & scalable acquisition plan of Mitra Usaha Mapan through digital channel (Facebook group, YT Channel, IG & WA)

  • Leading the Digital Team mindset from operation to In app business model creation

  • Improve in app engagement metrics and strategy

  • Master in Search strategy– Adwords, SEO, Youtube, G+, Twitter

  • Plan, execute & analyze social media platform in terms of advertising placement and buying

  • Do digital competitive review

  • Responsible for social media content management: content development, content posting, respond to any queries and comments in social media

Requirements

  • Have proven working experience in digital marketing, min. 5 years in managing social media (in agency or startup is a plus) 

  • Understand the concept of A/B Testing and multivariate experiments 

  • Understand social media management tools 

  • Be Familiar with analytics tools 

  • Have demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns 

  • Be Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate 

  • Have experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels 

  • Have solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) 

  • Have experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns 

  • Have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 

  • Have experience in Leading Team

  • Be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
