Head of Community

As a Head of Community, you will be responsible for growing the users and business in each regional and area of MUM’s (Mitra Usaha Mapan) community. You will be working with the Marketing, Product and Commercial Team to deliver and execute company objectives viaCommunity strategy and initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • For the Organization and People:

    • You are expected to be champion and go to person on all related to company strategy and execution.

    • Heading a team consisting of community planner and regional-area community managers. 

    • You are expected to establish and develop manpower planning and community organization structure and benefit to support current and upcoming challenges for the
      business.

  • For the consumers:

    • You are expected to establish high engagement with the community of agents.

    • Develop strategy to further grow and develop agent productivity, enlarging the network, and eventually help them to gain more income or optimize the spending through the Mapan ecosystem.

    • We believe the human connection is important yet we also believe that innovations and technology will accelerate changes, as Head of Community you are expected to work with Product Design Group to establish better ways to connect and grow with our agents and consumers.

Requirements

  • Min 2 years of managing regional or area team

  • Have a startup experience

  • Experience in People management, target setting and incentive structure development

  • Have understanding of agent based business models

  • Strong business acumen

  • Strong strategic thinking & operational skill

  • Expert in project management skill

  • Strong collaboration both in top level and branch team

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Strong Execution and deployment to field team

  • Strong understanding of Target market, GTM, and sales process

  • Strong curiosity and have high agility in testing new approach and new initiatives to grow the business in the area

  • Expert in managing community of users

  • Experienced with area/regional business development
